Sales Consultant

Kimber Creek Ford of Pine River, MN is looking to hire an automotive sales consultant that is not only motivated to sell vehicles, but is also driven to help and take care of customers needs.

Automotive Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with vehicle needs relating, but not limited to the purchase of a vehicle. Provide a positive experience to customers that you interact with
• Our sales consultants are responsible for helping customers from start to finish with the buying process.
• Greeting customers in the store and on the lot.
• Making sure that we hear what the customer is telling us, and we take that information to present them with vehicle options that fit their needs.
• Drive the vehicle with the customer and demonstrate how features of the vehicle work and benefit the customer
• Collect customer information and prepare paperwork
• Check in with managers with follow up, current deals status, and anything that you need from them.

Keep the sales lot well maintained and orderly Clean snow on snow days.

Qualifications:

Communication skills both written and verbal Previous Automotive Sales Experience Not Required Must maintain a professional attitude and appearance Must be able to handle a stressful, and fast paced environment Phone skills and general computer skills VALUES Integrity, Leadership, Accountability, Excellence, Perseverance, Trust, Commitment Join the Team that feels like Family!
