Caregiver

Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality support and assistance to individuals in need of care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting them with daily activities, ensuring their safety, and promoting their well-being. This position requires a commitment to patient care and an understanding of the unique needs of each individual. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs and preferences, ensuring proper meal planning upon request. Maintain cleanliness in the living space by performing light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing. Assist with medication reminders. Support clients with mobility challenges using equipment such as walker, wheelchairs, etc. Engage clients in social activities and encourage participation in community events to promote social interaction. Provide specialized care for individuals recovering from surgery. Requirements Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as home health, assisted living, or nursing homes is preferred. Familiarity with patient observation techniques. Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting clients with mobility or transfers. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. A compassionate demeanor with a genuine interest in providing quality care to seniors and individuals requiring assistance. Understanding of care plans and the ability to follow instructions accurately while maintaining client confidentiality at all times.
