Duties Provide attentive care to children of various ages, including infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, and dressing in accordance with best practices in childcare and early childhood education Support children's developmental milestones through engaging activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive interactions and emotional regulation Collaborate with families and team members to create personalized care plans tailored to each child's needs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment that complies with health and safety regulations Use your knowledge of childhood development to support educational activities and classroom routines in daycare or preschool settings Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, babysitting, nannying, preferred.
