Overview Join our dedicated team as a Caregiver and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and individuals with diverse needs. Whether working with infants, toddlers, or children with special needs, your nurturing presence will foster a positive environment where development and well-being thrive. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your caregiving skills while supporting families and communities. Duties Provide attentive care to children of various ages, including infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, and dressing in accordance with best practices in childcare and early childhood education Support children's developmental milestones through engaging activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive interactions and emotional regulation Collaborate with families and team members to create personalized care plans tailored to each child's needs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment that complies with health and safety regulations Use your knowledge of childhood development to support educational activities and classroom routines in daycare or preschool settings Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, babysitting, nannying, preferred. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages Certification in first aid and CPR is required or willing to obtain upon hire Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, and team members Ability to manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques Passion for nurturing children's growth and supporting their individual needs Embark on a rewarding career where your caring nature makes a lasting impact!
