Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and dedicated caregiver to provide high-quality support to Senior Veteran clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing and showering, dressing, eating, incontinence (toileting), transferring and personal hygiene. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Prepare meals and assist with meal consumption as needed. Support mobility and safe transfers. Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment. Document care and communicate with the care team. Provide a caring environment for client(s). Training & Development We offer step-by-step training Open-door training policy - request additional training anytime Ongoing support to help you become a confident and skilled caregiver Qualifications Previous experience preferred, but not required. Reliable transportation Optional ongoing training to support you! Strong communication skills Ability to commit to a consistent schedule Ability to pass Background Check Ability to use Smart Phone and web-based applications Positive and compassionate attitude Strong work ethic ( compassionate, dependable and patient) High school diploma or equivalent valid driver's license Application Question(s): Have you applied with, or worked for Simplicity Home Care before?
