Job Description
Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in various care settings, including home, assisted living, and long-term care facilities. The ideal candidate will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for residents and clients through attentive, respectful, and personalized care. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives while working in a supportive and professional environment. Responsibilities Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide patient observation to monitor health status and report any concerns promptly Administer medications following care plans and HIPAA regulations Prepare nutritious meals in accordance with dietary requirements and assist with meal consumption as needed Support patients with memory care needs, including dementia and Alzheimer's care, ensuring a safe environment Maintain cleanliness of living spaces through light housekeeping tasks Use specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts or resident lifts to ensure safe transfers and mobility assistance Monitor vital signs and observe for any changes in health or behavior Document care activities accurately in compliance with healthcare standards and privacy regulations Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans Engage residents in social activities to promote mental well-being and social interaction Qualifications Prior experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or long-term care environments preferred Knowledge of patient care techniques including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and dementia or Alzheimer's care Certifications such as CPR, First Aid, HIPAA compliance training preferred but not required Experience working with people with developmental disabilities or autism is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when necessary Strong observational skills for patient monitoring and safety awareness Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced settings This position is ideal for individuals passionate about providing compassionate caregiving services. Pay:
