Duties Provide attentive care to children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Support childhood development through engaging activities that promote learning, social skills, and emotional well-being Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, and dressing for infants and toddlers Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive conduct and emotional regulation Collaborate with families and educators to create tailored care plans that meet individual needs Maintain a clean, organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards Use your knowledge of early childhood education to teach foundational skills through play-based learning experiences Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles is highly desirable Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Hands-on experience with infant care, toddler care, and classroom activities Familiarity with behavior management techniques suitable for young children Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred but not required; training can be provided if necessary Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus but not mandatory Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, team members, and children Join us in creating a warm, supportive environment where children can thrive!
