Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care, hospice care, or working with individuals with disabilities. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Duties

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients for any side effects or changes in condition.
• Take vital signs and maintain accurate records of client health status.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
• Assist with mobility and transportation needs, ensuring safety during transfers.
• Observe and report any changes in client behavior or health to appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Follow HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality and privacy.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental and physical stimulation.
• Provide specialized care for clients with conditions such as dementia or other cognitive impairments. Experience
• Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of medication administration and vital signs monitoring is highly desirable.
• Experience in hospice care, nursing homes, or working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• A genuine passion for providing high-quality care to seniors and individuals in need of assistance.
