• Our leaders understand caregiving because they've done it Caregiver Job Responsibilities As a Caregiver / CNA / Home Health Aide , you will provide personalized one-on-one in-home support to seniors, including: Companion care and emotional support Personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Meal preparation and feeding assistance Medication reminders Mobility support and transfer assistance Light housekeeping and laundry Safety supervision and fall prevention Support for seniors with: Alzheimer's disease Dementia Parkinson's disease Chronic health conditions Building trusted relationships with clients and families Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating with office staff Caregiver Requirements CNA certification OR 2+ years of professional caregiving experience CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Passion for helping seniors remain safe and independent at home Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude Strong communication skills Ability to pass background screening Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Ideal Experience Includes We encourage candidates with experience in: Caregiver Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Home Health Aide (HHA) Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Senior Care Memory Care Dementia Care Alzheimer's Care Assisted Living Home Health Companion Care Why Senior Helpers of Indianapolis?
