Caregiver

Job Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities in their own homes. Duties:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings
• Follow individualized care plans and ensure the safety and well-being of clients
• Document client progress and report any concerns or changes in condition to supervisor

Experience:

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for transporting clients
• Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or senior care is beneficial
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as needed
