• RAAM Logistics, is a Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) are looking for dynamic Dispatcher to join our team, overseeing logistics businesses based out of Grantsville, MD.

This role offers an unparalleled opportunity to directly steer company operations and managing DAs and route strategies We offer full-time and part-time opportunities. Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day. Shifts are available 7 days per week.

• Key Responsibilities
• : Streamline dispatch operations to enhance efficiency and delivery performance and safety.

Update the policies for employees to motivate and retain top talent. Manage day-to-day business operations, including DA routes, scheduling, and time management. Optimize fixed and variable costs such as insurance, telecommunications, fuel, and other operational expenses. Develop and implement robust company policies to ensure safety, training and vehicle maintenance updates. Provide daily and weekly operational reports to senior management. Manage relationships with key vendors, including those for accounting, hiring, and other essential services. Cultivate a vibrant and motivating company culture that promotes growth and employee satisfaction. Attendance expectation : It is essential that you show up on time to fulfill your scheduled shifts consistently. We have a strict attendance policy.

Performance expectation:

You will receive paid training and continual support to grow as a delivery driver. Weekend shift is mandatory.

Delivery Driver Basic requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age. Must have Valid Driving license Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test Be punctual and have excellent time management skills Available for an increased workload and overtime during the week of Prime Day and Peak/holiday season Proven experience in operations and financial management, ideally within the logistics or related sectors. Exceptional leadership skills with an ability to inspire and manage cross

• functional teams.

Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail. Highly motivated, proactive, and possess a charismatic personality to foster a positive work environment. Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment for at least 2 years. Must be able to move boxes up to 70 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
