Inbound Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Total Biz Fulfillment, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for accurate and timely coordination of inbound purchase orders. The Inbound Logistics Coordinator will also maintain smooth and open communications between TBF clients as well as TBF Operation teams. They will facilitate carrier operations and delivery appointments. This position will also be responsible to ensure accurate and timely processing of TBF clients sales commission invoices & payments. Must have excellent communication skills. 2-3 years of logistics experience preferred. Strong organizational and record‑keeping skills. Previous computer data entry experience required. Experience with Windows, Excel and Word is preferred.
