Job Description
Job Summary Join our compassionate team as a Caregiver, where your dedication and nurturing spirit will make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and individuals with special needs. In this vital role, you will provide attentive, personalized care that promotes safety, development, and well-being. Your energy, patience, and teaching skills will help create a warm and supportive environment where those you care for can thrive. Whether working with infants, toddlers, or children with disabilities, you will play an essential part in fostering growth and happiness every day. Duties Provide attentive caregiving to infants, toddlers, and children with diverse needs, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, and dressing in accordance with individual care plans Support early childhood development through engaging activities that promote learning, social skills, and emotional growth Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive interactions and cooperation among children Maintain a clean, safe environment by following health and safety protocols including first aid procedures when necessary Collaborate with families and team members to develop personalized care plans that meet each child's unique needs Support classroom or daycare activities by teaching basic skills, supervising playtime, and encouraging exploration Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool settings, babysitting, nannying or similar roles is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Experience caring for infants and toddlers, including feeding routines and developmental milestones Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities or special needs to support inclusive caregiving Certification in first aid and CPR is advantageous; ongoing training in behavior management or early childhood education is a plus Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with families and team members Classroom experience or childcare training that emphasizes safety protocols and developmental activities Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to nurturing growth, fostering independence, and creating joyful moments for every individual in our care!
