Call 909-793-7788 for more information Monday to Friday 8am-5pm Duties Provide attentive care to elderly ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Assist with daily routines including bathing, and dressing, grooming, toileting, meal prep, medication reminders, errands, etc. Engage in activities Implement strategies to promote positive care plan outcomes, offering to meet clients where they are less independent Collaborate with families, and healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans Maintain a clean, organized environment adhering to health and safety of clients Qualifications Valid Drivers License- Clients needs assistance to run errands, appointments, etc. 6 mths min of personal hygiene assist (bathing, dressing, toilting, grooming) Ability to provide care for individuals with disabilities or special needs with patience and understanding Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with families and team members Compassionate attitude combined with a proactive approach to caregiving responsibilities Join us in creating a nurturing environment where Seniors thrive!
