Responsibilities Provide compassionate personal care to clients, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Monitor and document patient health and well-being, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist with medication reminders and mobility support, while maintaining a safe and clean living environment. Collaborate with office staff to deliver high-quality home and community care tailored to individual needs. Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being. Qualifications Proven experience in caregiving and home health assistance (HHA or CNA certification preferred) Strong knowledge of patient care and senior care practices Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) Experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's, or memory care Basic CPR certification and understanding of medical terminology
