The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified caregivers who align with our company values, professionalism, and standard of care. This role is essential in helping us build a reliable, compassionate, and high-quality caregiving team that supports seniors and adults with disabilities throughout San Diego County & San Diego North County. Key Responsibilities Recruit qualified caregivers through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and community outreach. Conduct phone screenings and in-person or virtual interviews. Evaluate caregiver experience, professionalism, communication skills, and overall fit for the company. Verify certifications, work eligibility, references, and required documentation. Coordinate onboarding processes including background checks, TB tests, training requirements, and employment paperwork. Maintain organized applicant records and recruitment pipelines. Work closely with scheduling coordinators and management to identify staffing needs. Assist with caregiver retention strategies and follow-up communication. Ensure all hiring practices comply with company policies and California regulations. Represent Monte Bonita LLC professionally and positively at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in caregiver recruiting, healthcare recruiting, staffing, or human resources Experience recruiting caregivers or home care staff preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality Knowledge of home care services or Regional Center services is a plus Comfortable using recruiting platforms, email systems, and scheduling software Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Employment Requirements Must have prior recruiting or staffing experience Must successfully pass a criminal background check with a clear record Must maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical workplace standards Valid California driver's license preferred Must be authorized to work in the United States Why Join Monte Bonita LLC?
