AM Job Responsibilities:

Provide person-centered care focusing on engagement and life enrichment. Assist tenants with activities of daily living (ADL's) focusing on safety and compassion through morning care, evening care, and bathing assistance. Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of tenant apartments through picking-up, cleaning, trash removal, and laundry transport. Chart on tenant care records and administer oral medications Become a valuable team-member working together to create positivity Demonstrate interpersonal effectiveness by building meaningful relationships Use critical thinking skills to constantly improve and innovate

Requirements:

Experience as a Healthcare Aide is a plus, but not required as training can be provided to the right person!
