Responsibilities Deliver food orders promptly and accurately to customers' vehicles with a friendly attitude. Take customer orders at the window or via POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication. Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Handle cash transactions and POS operations efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Upsell menu items to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction by recommending popular or new products. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, parking lot, and service stations through bussing and sanitation practices. Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to meet health regulations and safety standards. Support kitchen staff with basic food prep and food industry best practices to ensure quick service delivery. Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve customers swiftly while maintaining quality service. Requirements Previous experience in food service, quick service & fast food restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and active listening abilities. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math for upselling opportunities. Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; willingness to learn new technology is essential. Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods in an active setting. Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours efficiently. Experience with food preparation, cashiering, serving, bussing, or working in a café or grocery store environment is advantageous.
