Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their food orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Deliver food promptly to customers' vehicles or tables while providing friendly and attentive service. Process cash and card transactions efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling and register operations. Assist with food preparation tasks when needed to support kitchen staff and maintain quality standards. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and service stations to uphold food safety and sanitation standards. Upsell menu items by recommending popular or new products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Manage food service customer order management, including handling special requests and dietary restrictions with care. Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong food handling skills. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions accurately. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Basic math skills for cash register operations, making change, and managing retail sales transactions. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while supporting food preparation tasks. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during busy daytime hours. Knowledge of food safety management practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling protocols.
