Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience, preferably in residential remodeling or basement finishing Ability to read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and construction plans Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment Knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and building codes Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Ability to lift materials and work in active construction environments
