Duties Lead and assist in building erection, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to schematics Perform concrete forming, finishing, and restoration work with precision and attention to detail Manage rebar installation and masonry tasks to support durable, long-lasting structures Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely for framing, roofing, siding, and remodeling projects Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans Conduct welding, carpentry (including trim and frame carpentry), plastering, stucco, and woodworking tasks as needed Oversee construction site activities, coordinate with team members, and ensure compliance with safety regulations Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in metal building erection and concrete work Skilled in window and door installation, roofing, siding, trim and framing carpentry techniques Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics for various construction projects Ability to operate heavy machinery and hand tools effectively on diverse job sites Knowledge of safety standards related to construction site operations and equipment use Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or confined spaces Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving in fast-paced environments Join us if you are passionate about construction excellence!
