Carpenter

We are looking for an experienced carpenter to take ownership of projects in the field and help drive quality, efficiency, and team performance. This role involves leading day-to-day job site operations, coordinating with team members and subcontractors, and ensuring work is completed to a high standard. The carpenter will be responsible for interpreting plans, managing timelines, problem-solving on-site, and maintaining clear communication with project managers and leadership. This position requires strong technical skills, leadership ability, and a proactive approach to keeping projects moving forward. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of leading a team while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship.

Pay:

$22.00 - $30.00 per hour
