B&M Drywall is a leading drywall subcontractor in the tri-state area specializing in residential apartment buildings, office conversion, multi-purposes renovations. We prioritize the owner and getting the job done because we know that is the most important thing. We are seeking a Carpenter Foremen for upcoming projects in New Jersey, Connecticut and New York State. This role offers full time compensation, project-based bonuses, training and mentorship, and opportunities to grow and lead increasingly complicated projects and deliveries. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead field crews ranging from 4-20 carpenters, tapers, and laborers , ensuring productivity, quality, and safety on commercial construction projects. Plan, layout, and oversee wall and ceiling systems in accordance with contract documents and project schedules. Read, interpret, and execute work based on construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, and project documentation. Perform material takeoffs , coordinate material needs, and ensure proper staging and availability for crews. Direct and perform work related to: Metal framing (interior and exterior) Drywall installation and finishing Insulation systems Acoustical ceiling systems Doors, frames, and hardware Rough carpentry Millwork installation Division 10 specialties Coordinate daily work activities with project management, subcontractors, and other trades to maintain schedule and workflow. Enforce jobsite safety standards , company policies, and quality control requirements. Monitor manpower, productivity, and material usage to meet project deadlines and budget goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient jobsite environment. Experience 2-4 years in construction industry, carpentry focus a plus Ability to multi-task, project manage and work with different personalities Ability to learn on the job, take direction No contractor's licensing required Spanish fluency a strong plus Why Join Us?
