Job Description

Michigan Barn Company is hiring carpenters at all levels—from helpers to experienced lead carpenters—for full-time, year-round work. We specialize in post-frame construction across Antrim, Charlevoix, and Emmet counties. Projects range from 2-stall garages to large storage buildings and barndominiums. What we're looking for: Experience in construction (carpentry preferred, willing to train the right person) Reliable—shows up and works steady Takes pride in quality work Able to work with a crew or independently (based on experience) What we offer: Full-time, year-round work Organized projects and consistent workflow Competitive pay: $25-$45/hour based on experience Opportunity to grow into higher-level roles About us: The owner has 25+ years of construction experience and focuses on delivering a high-quality product on every project.
