Responsibilities Assist with framing and trim carpentry to ensure precise and durable finishes Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively across various projects Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment Install windows, siding, doors, and other building components with attention to detail Follow safety protocols diligently while working with heavy equipment and working at heights Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality Requirements Prior experience in construction site work is preferred Proficiency in using hand tools (hammers, saws), power tools (drills, saws), and machinery is a plus Physical strength for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet; capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions Knowledge of construction safety practices; OSHA certification or similar is beneficial but not mandatory Familiarity with framing is highly desirable Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely Join our team today!
