In this energetic role, you will perform a variety of carpentry tasks, assist with construction site activities, and support the overall progress of building projects. Whether working on framing, trim carpentry, or installation of fixtures, your hands-on skills and enthusiasm will drive project success. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans. Perform framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, and siding work with precision. Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently. Handle heavy lifting tasks and assist with material fabrication and assembly on-site or in manufacturing settings. Ensure all work complies with safety standards, schematics, and building codes while maintaining a clean work environment. Experience Previous construction site experience is highly preferred; familiarity with various trades such as plumbing, electrical work, or masonry is a plus. Hands-on experience with construction estimating, blueprint reading, drywall installation, flooring/layering/tile laying is advantageous. Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools is beneficial. Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in fast-paced environments.
