Primary Role:
Chairside assisting for functional airway dentistry An expert at organization, proactive preparation, and anticipating the needs of the team Assisting providers with: Oral appliance therapy, Pediatric orthodontic appliances (fixed/removable), Clear Aligner Therapy, Quiet Night Laser Delivering an elevated patient experience through education, empathy, and clear communication Supporting smooth clinical flow and collaborative teamworkSecondary Role:
Provider Support & Patient Experience In this role, you will serve as a key clinical partner, gathering various diagnostic records and data-gathering procedures that directly influence patient outcomes: Patient intake, identification, consent, and education on the 'why' behind the assessment Accurate acquisition and documentation of vital signs and clinical data, including: Height, weight, neck circumference, blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen saturation (SpO₂) High-quality extraoral and intraoral diagnostic photography Intraoral 3D digital arch scanning, including full arches, gingival margins, and bite registrations CBCT scan acquisition for complete head and neck evaluation in compliance with standing orders and ALARA principles Rhinomanometry measurements to assess for nasal function Precise clinical documentation and digital file management Equipment setup, calibration, and infection control compliance Assisting providers with: Oral appliance therapy, Clear Aligner Therapy, Quiet Night Laser Delivering an elevated patient experience through education, empathy, and clear communication Supporting smooth clinical flow and collaborative teamwork Growth & Culture Highlights Ongoing clinical training and competency development Opportunity to expand into advanced airway and sleep medicine A team that values curiosity, leadership, and professional evolution A workplace where your skills are respected—and your growth is supported Required Skills & Experience Experienced (1-2 Year) Certified/Registered Medical Assistant (per state requirements) Comfortable with advanced technology and evolving clinical protocols Growth-minded, coachable, and excited to expand skills Aligned with a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellencePreferred:
