The location is around the South Hills area of Pittsburgh. This position is vital to ensuring the integrity and quality of Carpentry, Roofing installations and repairs. If you are dedicated to providing top-notch service and craftsmanship, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Framing, cabinetry, and tool operation, along with knowledge of building codes and safety regulations Install, repair, and maintain various types of roofing systems. Inspect roofs for damage and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements. Ensure all work is performed according to safety standards and building codes. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Communicate with clients regarding project details and timelines. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Requirements Proven experience as a Carpenter/Roofer or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of roofing materials and techniques. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.
