Field Service Technician Hennecke - 3.7 Bridgeville, PA Job Details Full-time $25 - $35 an hour 12 hours ago Benefits AD&D insurance Disability insurance Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Tuition reimbursement Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Life insurance Qualifications Customer relationship building Schematics Maintenance Electrical experience Task prioritization Hydraulics Mechanical knowledge Full Job Description US Company location is in Bridgeville, PA Main responsibilities include: Use of mechanical and electrical experience to repair customer's machines Perform troubleshooting of control components (Siemens and/or Allen-Bradley) Repair or replace components to bring machine back to operating standards at customer site Installation and commissioning of new customer machines Communicate with customers to address technical questions, service and parts Remote support for customers by PC, Phone, or Virtual Reality Glasses Work on internal projects such as machine rebuilds and laboratory trials Create and submit Field Service Reports for customer visits Evaluate and suggest aftermarket changes to help customer Work with engineers to develop machine corrections and repairs as needed.

Requirements include:

Minimum of Associates Degree in technical discipline or an equivalent combination of experience and education Experience with capital equipment installation, startup, and service is preferred Good Understanding of Hydraulics and machine controls Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to complete assigned tasks in allotted time Ability to think methodically, prioritize and follow up on multiple tasks and technical assignments Ability to develop strong relationships with customers Domestic travel up to 75% to customer sites
