Job Description

Prestige Legal Solutions is a full-service lemon law firm based in Los Angeles, California, dedicated to helping clients resolve vehicle-related disputes efficiently and effectively. Our team is committed to delivering results with integrity, professionalism, and a client-first approach. Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Case Specialist to join our team. This is a senior-level, client-facing role that requires strong communication, advanced objection-handling skills, and confidence in guiding clients through the retainer process. You will take ownership of high-priority and complex cases, support revenue generation through successful client conversions, and serve as a resource for the team. This role plays a critical part in driving client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall performance. What You'll Do Conduct high-level intake consultations and evaluate complex case scenarios Confidently present and explain retainer agreements, addressing client questions and concerns Overcome objections and guide clients toward informed, confident decisions Secure signed retainers and drive strong conversion outcomes Manage escalated or sensitive client situations with professionalism and empathy Review case files for accuracy and completeness prior to legal review Maintain and update case information within CRM systems (HubSpot, FileVine) Monitor pipeline activity and proactively follow up on stalled or pending cases Collaborate with leadership on complex or high-risk files Support team members by sharing best practices and contributing to performance improvement What We're Looking For Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong ability to explain complex information clearly and confidently Proven ability to handle objections and guide client decision-making High level of professionalism when managing escalated or sensitive situations Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Experience working with CRM or case management systems (HubSpot, FileVine preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Leadership mindset with the ability to support and influence team performance Positive, solution-oriented, and client-focused approach Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Medical plan Dental & vision coverage (Anthem) Employee life insurance Wellness program Pet insurance ADP discount program Opportunities for growth and advancement Why Join Us?
