1st Shift, PT Monday-Friday 8am-12pm

$19/hr Sedona Staffing is recruiting a Cash Application Clerk for a local transportation company. The Cash Application Clerk is responsible for accurately and efficiently apply cash deposits to customers' accounts.

Responsibilities:

Assure all monthly, weekly, and daily deadlines are met in the cash applications process Comply with established company criteria for accuracy of cash application Balance entries posted in ledger Enter and reconcile cash deposits to customer Accounts Receivable accounts accurately Complete special projects as assigned Perform other duties as needed

Requirements:

High School completion or equivalent Valid Driver License Excellent verbal and written communication skills and telephone etiquette Transportation industry experience preferred Detail-oriented, organized Typing and ten-key skills required Analytical thinker and problem-solver Ability to multi-task and react to change productively Ability to read and distinguish numerical values such as pounds, pieces, and dollar amounts Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel Excellent attendance All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and reference check.
