NOW HIRING - CASHIER / FRONT COUNTER TEAM MEMBER

Main Street Pizza & Wings is looking for dependable and customer-focused team members to join our Front of House staff. We are a locally owned restaurant in Butler, GA with a family atmosphere, steady hours, and a fast-paced environment where teamwork matters. This position is extremely important to the success of our restaurant. Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure are critical.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude Accurately take phone, carryout, and walk-in orders Correctly enter orders into the POS system Handle cash and card transactions accurately Properly organize and hand out customer orders Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to avoid mistakes Keep the front counter and lobby clean and organized Assist with other front-end tasks as assigned Follow company procedures and food safety standards

What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to accurately handle cash transactions and count change back to customers Ability to stay calm and focused during busy rushes Friendly attitude and willingness to smile even on tough days Reliable and punctual Comfortable speaking with customers in person and on the phone Team-oriented mindset Willingness to learn and take direction Must live near Butler, GA Preferred (But Not Required): Previous cashier or restaurant experience Experience handling cash or POS systems Familiarity with phone order taking We can train the job duties. What we cannot train is attitude, reliability, and the ability to stay composed and accurate in a fast-paced environment.
