Main Street Pizza & Wings is looking for dependable, friendly, and customer-focused Servers to join our team. We are a locally owned restaurant in Butler, GA with a family atmosphere, steady hours, and a fast-paced environment where teamwork matters. As a Server, you play a major role in the customer experience. We are looking for team members who can stay calm under pressure, maintain a positive attitude during busy rushes, and consistently provide accurate and attentive service. Accuracy, reliability, professionalism, and customer service are critical for this position.

Position Summary:

As a Server, you will help create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while delivering outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities include taking orders accurately, serving food promptly, assisting guests throughout their visit, and helping maintain a clean and organized dining area. Strong communication and organizational skills are important, especially during busy meal rushes where attention to detail matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with menu selections Take customer orders accurately and clearly Deliver food and drinks promptly and correctly Maintain awareness of table needs throughout service Handle payments and cash transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas Work closely with kitchen and front counter staff to ensure smooth service Help create a positive and welcoming dining experience Follow company procedures along with food safety and health standards

What matters most is reliability, attitude, customer service, and the ability to stay composed and accurate under pressure.
