Main Street Pizza & Wings is looking for dependable and hard-working team members to join our kitchen crew. We are a locally owned restaurant in Butler, GA with a family atmosphere, steady hours, and a fast-paced environment where teamwork matters. This position is critical to keeping the kitchen running smoothly during busy rushes. We are looking for people who can stay calm under pressure, work efficiently as part of a team, and maintain accuracy and consistency even during high-volume shifts. Reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are extremely important for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Maintain accuracy and consistency in food preparation Ensure food safety and proper handling procedures are followed at all times Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations Work closely with other kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service Assist with prep work and stocking as needed Help maintain ticket accuracy and timely order completion during rushes Utilize knife skills and culinary techniques to improve food quality and presentation Assist with menu preparation and special event catering as needed Follow company procedures and kitchen standards

Reliable and punctual Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to stay calm and focused during busy rushes Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment Must live near Butler, GA Preferred (But Not Required): Previous kitchen or restaurant experience Familiarity with food preparation and kitchen equipment Basic knife skills and food safety knowledge We are willing to train the right person. What matters most is reliability, teamwork, work ethic, and the ability to stay composed and accurate in a fast-paced environment.
