This position is responsible for managing the register, assisting customers, maintaining lobby cleanliness, and helping keep restaurant operations running smoothly during busy hours. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service Take customer orders accurately using the register/POS system Maintain smooth communication between front counter and kitchen staff Keep lobby, dining area, and tables clean and organized Ensure restrooms remain clean and stocked throughout shifts Assist with bagging and organizing to-go orders Support line and kitchen staff during busy periods when needed Learn additional positions and assist the team wherever necessary Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends Prior cashier or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required Requirements AAA Food Handler Card required If you do not currently have one, we are willing to pay for certification after hiring We are looking for people who enjoy working with customers, helping a team succeed, and creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
