As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the store and provide them with a positive shopping experience
• Process all transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments in a timely manner
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer and ensure all transactions are accounted for at the end of each shift
• Answer customer questions about products, prices and availability
• Keep checkout area clean and organized at all times
• Assist with stocking shelves and organizing merchandise as needed
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, returns, exchanges, etc.
• Address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a cashier or in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly personality
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Basic math skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Strong attention to detail
• Customer service oriented with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
• High school diploma or equivalent

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position without accommodation. The working hours may vary based on store needs but will typically be during regular business hours. This position is open to all nationalities; however, candidates must have their own valid work visa for the USA.

Salary:
