Whether handling transactions or assisting with product demos, your contribution will be vital to our store's success. Duties Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions efficiently and securely Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit Manage cash handling with precision, including giving correct change and balancing registers at shift end Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to keep the store organized and inviting Promote store promotions and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential Requirements Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math calculations Ability to multitask effectively in a busy retail setting while maintaining attention to detail Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding service, enjoy engaging with customers, and thrive in a lively retail environment.
