JOB DESCRIPTION
Guest Service Coordinator Imagine yourself on a secluded beach, lounging under the shade of a swaying palm with a gentle sea breeze blowing across your skin and the soft sound of waves soothing you to sleep. That's the experience we provide at St. Somewhere Spa, where our tempting array of treatments, massages and therapies will relax and rejuvenate just like a trip to the islands.
POSITION SUMMARY
Appropriately represent St Somewhere Spa by making guests feel welcome and providing assistance in all areas of the spa.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Warmly welcome all guests as they arrive at St Somewhere Spa. Offer a beverage to guests waiting on services. Check the guest in upon arrival confirming services requested and check out clients confirming services completed (in case of add on services). Offer to book next appointment Answer the phones within three rings and assist guests with inquiries and with making appointments Communicate daily appointments to therapists and technicians. Maintain snacks and fresh water in the chill room and lobby area as needed. Maintain professional and technical knowledge about spa services and retail items offered to better assist guests. Educate guests on spa products / services and assist guests with retail selections. Support sales goals as outlined by leadership. Keep the retail area clean, organized and stocked. Communicate low inventory to Spa Director Comply with uniform requirements as set by your department. Assist with monthly inventory. Handle other duties as assigned by managers.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Attention to detail is a must. Prefer you to have customer sales experience in both retail and service areas. Previous work in a spa or salon a plus. Preferred knowledge with Microsoft Office. Professional appearance with strong written communication skills required with an understanding and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment. High school or equivalent a must Available for day & night shifts as well as weekends and holidays.

$14
  • $16 plus 10% retail commission
