Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently handling transactions and maintaining a well-organized store environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions accurately. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring proper cash handling procedures. Provide product demonstrations and upsell items to enhance the customer shopping experience. Maintain merchandise displays through effective merchandising techniques. Stock shelves and ensure products are organized and easily accessible for customers. Assist in supervising junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed. Address customer concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and store environment. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with cashiering duties, including cash handling and basic math skills. Experience with stocking, merchandising, and product demos is a plus.
