Cashier/Host

Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional guest services that set the tone for their experience Manage all cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Answer guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and clear communication Assist with seating arrangements, reservations, and waitlist management to optimize guest flow Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to ensure a welcoming environment Support food service operations by coordinating with servers and kitchen staff as needed Uphold hospitality standards by demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills Experience Prior host/hostess experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude above all Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills Experience in food service or restaurant environments helps in understanding guest needs and operational flow Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor Knowledge of restaurant operations, serving procedures, and hospitality best practices enhances your effectiveness in this role Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating exceptional guest experiences through lively service, genuine hospitality, and seamless operations!
