Cashier/Sales Associate

Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping experience Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling and transactions Assist customers with product demos and upselling to enhance their purchase experience Manage stock levels by merchandising displays, stocking shelves, and organizing products for easy access Maintain phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Conduct product knowledge sharing and suggest complementary items to increase sales opportunities Ensure cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and sales floor at all times Experience Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred, especially in grocery store environments Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in guiding team members or training new staff Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively Strong communication skills to engage confidently with customers and team members Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, making change, and managing retail math calculations Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and security Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and product demos to support sales initiatives Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional service!
