As a Casino Dealer, you will be responsible for providing an engaging and enjoyable gaming experience for our guests while ensuring compliance with all gaming regulations. Your ability to manage conflicts, handle cash transactions, and deliver exceptional customer service will be key to your success in this role. Duties Deal cards and manage games such as blackjack, poker and other table games in accordance with established rules and procedures. Monitor the gaming area to ensure compliance with casino policies and regulations. Provide excellent guest services by engaging with players, answering questions, and promoting a positive atmosphere. Handle cash transactions accurately, including payouts and chip exchanges, while maintaining integrity in all cash handling processes. Communicate effectively with guests and team members to facilitate smooth game operations and resolve any conflicts that may arise. Maintain a clean and organized gaming table while ensuring all equipment is functioning properly. Report any irregularities or issues to the floor supervisor promptly. Experience Three years minimum experience required. Strong conflict management skills to handle disputes or disagreements professionally. Excellent guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and game management. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
