Job Description

The Casino Scheduler is responsible for assisting the Casino Scheduling Supervisor in all aspects of team member scheduling to ensure appropriate staffing levels for all shifts and special events. Fully supports the Table Games department. Communicates received call outs, late arrivals, early leaves, and shift trades. Maintains confidentiality of team-member personal and professional information. Maintains accurate records and assists Casino Scheduling Manager with department reports. Conducts daily audits of timesheets for hourly employees and verifies timesheets for accuracy before submitting to Payroll. Ensures the department delivers and maintains a maximum level of property-wide service and satisfaction. Manages multiple priorities simultaneously and meets deadlines, often in stressful and high-pressure situations. Works with safety as a priority and follows department and company safety standards. Demonstrates commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct. Attends department meetings. Must be flexible in scheduling based on business needs. Performs other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older. High school diploma or education equivalent required. Prior scheduling experience preferred. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, and workforce management/scheduling software. Working knowledge of company internal controls and Policies and Procedures Is this position responsible for selling, serving, or distributing alcoholic beverages or do they have comp authority ?
