Help Bring Every Auction to Life At Lambrecht Auction, Inc., every Auction starts with the catalog. Before bidding begins, before customers show up online, before inventory sells — someone has to organize, photograph, document, and prepare every lot with accuracy and urgency. That's where you come in. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Auction Cataloging candidate to join our growing team in Sidney, NY. This role is critical to the success of every Auction we run. You'll work hands-on with inventory, photography, lot organization, and Auction preparation in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where no two days look the same. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk-all-day position. It's an active, team-focused role for someone who enjoys staying busy, solving problems, and seeing the direct results of their work. Auction Catalog Preparation Organize Auction inventory into properly numbered lots and prepare items for upcoming Auctions. Product Photography Photograph Auction lots accurately and professionally to create compelling online listings. Inventory Coordination Pull inventory for upcoming Auctions and work directly with consigners to prepare consigned inventory for sale. Catalog Creation Assist in creating, organizing, and printing Auction catalogs. Auction Flow Support Communicate any issues, opportunities, missing information, or inconsistencies to the appropriate team members to help Auctions run smoothly. Team Collaboration Work closely with all departments to improve efficiency, organization, and company culture. Physical & Hands-On Work Move, organize, and handle Auction inventory daily in warehouse and outdoor environments. Additional Responsibilities Assist with additional Auction and operational tasks as needed.Who You Are & What You Bring:

Forklift Experience (Preferred) Forklift experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. What the Day-to-Day Looks Like This is a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment that operates year-round in all types of weather. Priorities can shift quickly depending on Auction schedules, incoming inventory, and operational needs — flexibility and urgency are essential. Some days involve photography and organizing lots. Other days may involve unloading inventory, working with consigners, or helping finalize catalogs before Auction deadlines. No two days are exactly the same.What Success Looks Like:
