Job Description

Category Nursing - RN - Cath Lab Job Type Contract Deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic Cath Lab setting renowned for advanced cardiovascular procedures. This contract position offers the opportunity to work alongside a skilled clinical team dedicated to excellent patient outcomes.
Schedule/Hours:
10-hour day shifts, typically 07:00 - 17:30 On-call responsibilities: rapid response required—1 hour for vascular cases, 30 minutes for STEMI Weekend rotation will be discussed during the interview based on department needs Expectation to work approximately 75% of holidays No floating required
Key Qualifications:
Active RN license Previous Cath Lab experience highly preferred Strong critical thinking and assessment skills Ability to remain calm and focused during high-pressure and emergent situations BLS and ACLS certifications required
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures Monitor and assess patients before, during, and after procedures Administer medications, including sedation, as directed Manage and operate specialized Cath Lab equipment Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and safety Respond promptly to on-call situations and emergencies Provide detailed documentation and care summaries Benefits include the chance to build expertise in specialized cardiovascular care, exposure to diverse cases, supportive team collaboration, and a professional environment that values your nursing skills and commitment.
