We're hiring CDL-A Rent Drivers and Owner Ops - Pharmaceutical Freight Midwest • Northeast • South If you've got 2+ years behind the wheel running OTR and you're looking for consistent miles, premium freight, and a team that has your back, we want to talk. We run dedicated pharmaceutical lanes — no load hunting, no surprises. Just stable routes, premium rates, and equipment you'll actually want to drive. Solo or team, Rent Drivers and Owner Ops , we'll build a setup that works for you. What's in it for you: → 88% of gross — your load, your money → $2.85 average rate per mile on all miles → 2-3 weeks out schedule with consistent freight → 2024-2026 Cascadia, Volvo & Kenworth equipment → Dedicated pharmaceutical lanes = premium rates, every week → Solo or team options available What we need from you: ✔ 2+ years of recent OTR experience (CDL-A) ✔ Clean MVR — no DUI/DWI ✔ Not currently in SAP ✔ Drivers from CA, FL and West Coast are not a good fit! ✔ TWIC Card or Hazmat endorsement is a strong plus Routes cover the Midwest, Northeast, and South.
