Job Summary We are seeking experienced CDL-A Team Drivers to join our dedicated transportation team operating high-mileage relay runs along the I-90 corridor between Chicago, IL and Franklin, MA with trailer swaps in Dunkirk, NY. This is a structured, no-touch dry van operation designed for professional teams who value consistency, efficiency, and reliable weekly miles. Drivers will operate on scheduled relay routes with live pick-ups, live drops, and coordinated trailer exchange points to ensure smooth freight movement across the network. This position offers consistent freight, predictable scheduling, and strong weekly earning potential for teams who can operate in a fast-paced, disciplined relay environment. The ideal candidates will be dependable, safety-focused, and experienced in team driving operations across regional lanes. Key Responsibilities Operate tractor-trailers safely across designated relay routes along the I-90 corridor Execute scheduled relay runs with trailer swaps in Dunkirk, NY Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT regulations Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and required documentation Coordinate effectively with team driver partner to ensure on-time relay transitions Follow all company policies, traffic laws, and FMCSA safety regulations Ensure secure handling of freight during transport (no-touch dry van operation) Communicate effectively regarding route updates, delays, or operational issues Maintain professional driving standards and safe vehicle operation at all times Skills & Qualifications Valid CDL-A license required Experience in team driving or regional OTR operations preferred Strong understanding of DOT regulations and ELD compliance Ability to operate tractor-trailers safely on long-haul relay routes Excellent communication and coordination with team partner Strong attention to detail for logs, inspections, and scheduling compliance Dependable, safety-focused, and able to maintain consistent relay timing Prior experience in high-mileage regional freight preferred Why Join This Team This is a high-mileage, structured relay opportunity built for consistency and long-term stability.
