Onsite in Dunkirk, NY (Frequent travel to Jamestown NY)
Travel:
Candidates must have clean, valid license for company vehicle use. May require use of personal vehicle for travel from site-to-site (mileage reimbursed).
Work Schedule:
Monday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Wednesday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Friday 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM Saturday 8:00 AM to 4:00
PM Compensation:
starting at $19.57 Per Hour with automatic COLA adjustments every work anniversary.

We offer paid-time off, 403b retirement plan, and a company profit sharing plan to all part-timers. •Candidates must be able to pass a comprehensive criminal background check through the NYS Office of Mental Health.
JOB FUNCTION
This individual will provide case management, rehabilitative, and restorative services to residents within our Supportive Housing program. Counselors are responsible for teaching, coaching, and monitoring residents' daily living activities in a community residence or apartment setting, in order to develop skills, abilities, and experience that will facilitate greater opportunity for the resident to live independently.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in human services-related field; or an associate degree in human service-related field and three years' experience in human services; or a high school diploma and five years' experience in human services. Experience with documentation. Must possess a working knowledge of current issues and concerns of people with mental illness, rehabilitative training methods, and community resources.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Compassion, sensitivity and understanding for individuals suffering from mental illness and substance abuse. Professional demeaner Ability to work independently and self-motivated. Be able to travel to and among various facilities that are multileveled with stairs only. Have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
