Regional CDL A Truck Driver Job Overview Strong base pay with real upside. Earn up to $0.555CPM base, with annual earnings reaching up to $110,000 depending on miles and performance.• Additional bonuses that reward extra miles. Earn up to $0.07CPM bonus after 2,350 miles per week, plus additional pay for specialized work such as chaining, port pay, and container swap pay where applicable. Home weekly-with flexibility. Run 5 days out, reset with 34 hours at home, or stay out longer if you want to push earnings higher. Leave Saturday/Sunday and get back Thursday/Friday. Get paid to get started. Earn a $6,500 sign-on bonus. Strong miles to ramp up your earnings. Pull 40' or 53' reefer containers to the Oakland CA port or region and come back to Omaha. Average 3,400•3,800 miles per week.
