(Department of Transportation) regulations Commercial driving Full Job Description We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers based in Springfield, IL to operate a specialized fleet transporting ATVs from a major manufacturer to its dealerships. This opportunity is suited to professional drivers seeking structured freight, consistent mileage, newer equipment, and a compensation package that includes weekly earnings, load-based pay, a sign-on bonus, and full benefits.

Compensation Weekly average:

$1,730

• 1,923 Annual average: $90,000
• 100,000 Typical mileage: 2,400-2,500+ miles per week Top drivers average 12,000 miles per month Sign-on bonus: $6,000 (total) Load profile All loads are round trip Pickups are by appointment Most drivers complete about two loads per week Loads generally include 2-4 stops Loads typically carry eight units Additional pay Stop pay: $75 Ranger pay per load: $12 Securement pay per car: $12 Equipment Fleet includes automatic Volvos, Freightliners, Internationals, and Kenworths All trucks are three years old or newer APUs and inverters in every truck Benefits PTO Medical, dental, and vision insurance Accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance 401(k) retirement plan Qualifications Valid CDL-A (Class A commercial driver's license) At least 12 months of driving experience within the last 3 years Willingness to be on the road for two weeks or more Must meet hiring and DOT requirements Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
