CDL Driver / Loadout Technician (Home Daily)

At Proximity Malt, you'll be home every night working a consistent, local position at our malting facility. This role combines CDL driving with hands-on plant work - no over-the-road travel.

What You'll Do:

Perform local deliveries and on-site truck movements (Class A CDL required) Load finished malt into trucks and containers Receive incoming grain shipments and verify accuracy Operate forklifts and loadout equipment (training provided) Check orders for accuracy before shipment Maintain a clean and safe work environment This role is a mix of driving and physical work.

Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL Ability to lift up to 55 lbs Comfortable working in a plant environment (dust, noise, weather conditions) Reliable and safety-focused Preferred but not required: Agriculture, grain, or manufacturing experience Forklift experience (training available)

Full-time position Plant operates 24/7; flexibility required Home daily
